DINNER AND A MOVIE ANYONE?????
If you have not already purchased your welcome dinner tickets please do so and join us for a dinner and a movie! QMA will be premiering a documentary about quarter midget racers and their families.
The welcome dinner is Saturday, July 18th at 6pm CDT.
Extra tickets will be available for $15 at track sign in or at the hospitality tent. CASH ONLY!
*If you already purchased your dinner tickets they will be included in your registration packet at sign in.
Important Information You Should Know!
Registration is now closed but it's not too late to join us for the Eastern Grands. You can still register at track sign ins on Saturday, July 18th - Monday, July 20th.
Driver fees are now $50 per car. Novice are $10.
Trailer parking = $100
RV or HQMA Camping Spot = $150
RV Water = $30/trip*
RV Septic Service = $45/trip*
*(These will be available for purchase at the hospitality tent.)
Welcome Dinner Tickets = $15 each
ONLY CASH OR CERTIFIED CHECK WILL BE ACCEPTED AT TRACK REGISTRATION.
If you did not race a states qualifying race you will need to pay a HARDSHIP fee of $150 per car at track registration. CASH ONLY will be accepted.
The track will close to all practice on July 9th at midnight and remain closed until the grands.
Driver Profiles, Trophy sponsorship and program advertising are now closed. We are going to print now and can no longer accept anything after June 15th.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations after June 15th are not refundable.
If you cancelled before June 15th please contact Jerri for updates on your refund check.

| 1. | No alcoholic beverages are permitted on HQMA facilities |
| 2. | No smoking within posted areas. Includes all areas in close proximity to the track & stands. |
| 3. | No profane or abusive language or gestures. A zero tolerance policy will be signed and strictly enforced. |
| 4. | No bikes, scooters, green machines allowed. (all ride on toys are prohibited) |
| 5. | Be courteous of others. Do not block other spectators view with pop up tents. |
| 6. | Must have new QMA badge or wrist band to be in the pit area and hot chute. |
| 7. | Only 2 handlers per car in pit area |
| 8. | Destruction of HQMA property or personal property is prohibited. Violators will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. |
