STEP 1. Download HQMA Member form, Waiver and Zero Tolerance Policy below.
STEP 2. Please complete both if you plan on mailing in your membership fees.
STEP 3. Make check
payable to HQMA and remit to: Gwen Munroe, 101 Cannes Dr, Brownsboro, AL 35741.
Once your application and payment are received, you will be emailed the password to the HQMA website MEMBER PAGE where you will find the track gate access code.
