If you mail in your 2009 Grands Registration, your registration will be added to the entry list according to the post mark date 12:00pm Central time and in alphabetical order.
  Registrations post marked before January 1, 2009 will NOT be accepted.

HARDSHIP FEES

Hardship fees are fees that are incurred if a States Race has not been raced prior to the Grand National Race. 
If you have not raced a States Race you will be required to pay the hardship fee at HQMA track sign in. 
Hardship fees are $150 per car.

Online Registration Information
This is what I found out about PAYPAL payments
1. Make sure you have cookies turned ON in your internet browser. PayPal will only accept payments from users who have cookies enabled for security purposes.

2. Double check all contact information as it must match the information on file with the credit card exactly.

If you entered the driver info and then went to HQMA shopping cart but cancelled out before paying or if you registered more than once through the HQMA shopping cart and did not pay I will be sending you a Paypal invoice via email to complete your payment and registration anc cancelling any incomplete invoices. You will receive a cancellation notice for those.  The HQMA cart generates an invoice each time you place an order whether you paid or not.

The HQMA invoice is NOT your registration time.  Your registration time is when you actually pay for your registration - the PAYPAL receipt time.
Example:  Anyone could enter the driver info today and come back a month from now to pay - should I count their registration time as a month ago?  No, that would not be fair to those paying today
