TURKEY GOBBLER INFORMATION
The Turkey Gobbler is raced in a Grands format.
1st to register is last to qualify in each class!

The National QMA tire prep policy WILL BE enforced!

Online Registration closes November 15, 2008.

8 - 10AM - Controlled practice &

11AM - Driver/Handler Meeting
12PM - Qualifying begins
Immediately after qualifying, lower mains will begin.

8:30AM - Driver/Handler meeting
9AM - Racing resumes
After Tech - trophies will be awarded.

**THANKSGIVING DINNER INFORMATION
Dinner is Potluck and FREE to all race participants. HQMA will provide the meat and members will provide the side dishes.
Please RSVP your family quantity during the registration process. If you (HQMA Members) would like to bring something to the dinner please email Wendy at wmanke@bellsouth.net.

MAIL IN REGISTRATION FORM
Mail in registrations must be postmarked on or before November 15th. Once mail in registrations are received they will be added to the list according to the postmark date.

Steps to Online Registration:

Complete the driver/handler information below.

On submitting your registration you will be directed to the HQMA shopping cart.

Choose Turkey Gobbler.

Choose driver registration.

Add the # of drivers per race class. Make sure to choose each race class and the quantity for each. You will add one at a time.

If you would like to have Thanksgiving dinner** with us please make sure to ADD the dinner and CHANGE the quantity of dinners for your family. THIS IS FREE!

Add Parking options. Parking is free. We just want to know your trailer size to help with parking.

Go to Checkout.

Review your Turkey Gobbler order. (Note: a $2 "shipping" charge is added. This is the online registration fee to cover the Paypal fees)

After hitting "continue" from the Standard Shipping page - Make sure to Click on the PAYPAL LOGO with the credit cards. This will take you the Paypal site for payment. IF NO PAYMENT IS MADE ONLINE YOUR REGISTRATION IS INCOMPLETE AND WILL BE CANCELLED OUT. YOU WILL HAVE TO RE-REGISTER THE ENTIRE PROCESS.

BRING YOUR PAYPAL RECEIPT TO TRACK REGISTRATION.

Online Registration will close on November 15, 2008 at 12PM.

HQMA's TEST Sample will come from the Conoco Gas Station located at the corner of Leeman Fry & Drake Ave. 87 Octane.

2008 TURKEY GOBBLER DRIVER REGISTRATION FORM

IF YOU REGISTER ONLINE YOU MUST PAY ONLINE. Please complete the driver and handler information below. Upon submittal you will be directed to the HQMA shopping cart for payment. Enter the Turkey Gobbler Race Registration. Make sure to go to the Paypal site for payment - You do not have to be a PAYPAL member in order to pay. Once you enter paypal then you will go to the left hand side of the page near the bottom to pay with a credit card OR use the login side if you have a paypal account.
YOUR REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL YOU PAY THROUGH PAYPAL. If you do not receive a paypal receipt you haven't paid online.
If your driver names do not show up on the Driver Entry list on the home page of this website within 3-5 days, your registration was not received or incomplete.
