2008 Race Schedule

2008 HQMA CHAMPIONSHIP RULES
To be eligible for the 2008 HQMA Track Championship you must be a HQMA member in good standing.  A driver's 9 best races in the same race class will be counted toward the championship.  

Points are awarded as follows
1st place - 50 points
2nd place - 49 points
3rd place - 48 points
4th place - 47 points
and so on.

Only HQMA Members are awarded points for the HQMA Track Championship.

In case of rain outs, the races will be raced on Sunday if possible.


HQMA Championship Awards

• The top 3 in HQMA points for each class will receive trophies at the annual banquet.
• All HQMA members will receive plaques at the end of the year with their race finishes.
• The Champion for each race class will receive a special award at the banquet.

Pit Fees
$25/car per HQMA event*

*101 Lap Races - Pit fees are $35

FUEL CHARGE:  $3 per race - Track gas will be provided

Race Time
HQMA - See schedule to the left.
Region races will begin at 9AM

Registration Time
1 1/2 hour before race time.
Make sure to check the schedule to the
left for race times.
Driver & Handler MUST come to registration.
Bring your QMA Badge or Gold copy of your membership application to every registration.

Race Order
Will be determined and announced by the race director on race day.

Practice
Practice is open to all current HQMA members. 
The track is closed during the training times of Sunday 2-4pm and Tuesday 6-8pm.  Also, the track is closed during club meetings.
