HQMA is an IRS approved 501 ©(3) non-profit charitable organization so any support to our organization is tax deductible.
 
We are currently working to pay for our race tower and other track improvements made to our facilities in preparation for hosting the 2009 Eastern Grands (a huge success)! The only way to do this is with YOUR help and ANY donation is appreciated.

All sponsors also receive your company logo on our website with your weblink and we offer business advertisement signs at the Jimmy C. Wall Speedway as well as race trophy sponsorship at our region race events. HQMA has Region Races where kids from North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, Alabama, and Mississippi come to race in Huntsville. We have a major expense for these events for trophies. We need your help!

There are several standard levels of sponsorship available (or contact Greg Sanders for levels or support not listed below):

The front stretch signs are high visability on tall posts above the fence. FRONT STRETCH LARGE SIGNS
$1250 - 4 x 8  We provide the sign.  $1000 annual renewal.  

Additional fence signs attach to the chain link fencing and only require an annual donation after the initial purchase of the sign.

HQMA can help you with the order and will pick up and install your fence sign. HQMA is not responsible for wear or damage to the signs.  Material selection for the durability of the sign is your responsibility.  Recommended materials are Alumacore, Coroplast or Banner material with grommets.

$5,000+ - This level includes: Corporate name, logo, company information placed in high visible areas of track, 4x8 track sign on the Front Stretch and a long banner on the chain link fence, we provide the sign. Plus links on the HQMA website and on the Home Page announcing the upcoming event. This is a 1 year sponsorship with annual renewal cost of $2500. GREEN FLAG
Region Race Single Class Trophy Sponsor- $100  This is trophy sponsorship at one of our three region races with your company name on the trophies for one race class out of our 17 race classes. You will be invited to attend the race and we provide an "at the track full hospitality treatment", PA announcements, and an on the track photo with you and all the kids in your race class. We will work with you for any promotional ideas you have to make it a unique experience.

WHITE FLAG
Yes one race to go, the Annual Turkey Gobbler Single Class Trophy Sponsor -  $100 This is trophy sponsorship at our annual TURKEY GOBBLER race with your company name on the trophies for one race class out of our 17 race classes. You will be invited to attend the race and we provide an "at the track full hospitality treatment", PA announcements, and an on the track photo with you and all the kids in your race class. We will work with you for any promotional ideas you have to make it a unique experience. We serve a free turkey dinner for everyone at the track and this tradition celebrates it's 42nd consecutive year in 2010.
