Track Sponsorship
HQMA welcomes your sponsorship.
Any support paid to HQMA for track sponsorship is tax deductible since we are an IRS approved 501 ©(3) non-profit charitable organization. We currently need funding for our track facilities. We are working to pay for our race tower. The only way to do this is with YOUR help. ANY donation is appreciated.
If you or your business are interested in helping our club and our kids with tax deductible donations please contact one of club members or HQMA's Publicity Director: Greg Sanders. We offer business advertisement signs and region race trophy sponsorship which are a charitable donation. You will also receive your company logo on our website with your weblink.
The front stretch signs are high visability on tall posts above the fence.

$1250 - 4 x 8 We provide the sign. $1000 annual renewal.
Fence Signs attach to the chain link fencing and only require an annual donation after the initial purchase of the sign.

Material selection for the durability of the sign is your responsibility. Recommended materials are Alumacore, Coroplast or Banner material with grommets.

We have Region Races where kids from North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, Alabama, and Mississippi come to race in Huntsville. We have a major expense for these events for trophies. We need your help.
CHAMPIONSHIP LEVEL $5,000+ - This level includes: Corporate name, logo, company information placed in high visible areas of track, 4x8 track sign on the Front Stretch and a long banner on the chain link fence, we provide the sign. Plus links on the HQMA website and on the Home Page announcing the upcoming event. This is a 1 year sponsorship with annual renewal cost of $2500. This will also include trophy sponsorship for one of our three region races with your company name on all of the trophies. You will be invited to attend the race and we provide an "at the track full hospitality treatment", PA announcements, and an on the track photo with you and all the kids. We will work with you for any promotional ideas you have to make it a unique experience.
CHECKERED FLAG LEVEL- Region Race Exclusive Trophy Sponsor- $1,000+ This is an exclusive trophy sponsorship for one of our three region races with your company name on all of the trophies. You will be invited to attend the race and we provide an "at the track full hospitality treatment", PA announcements, and an on the track photo with you and all the kids. We will work with you for any promotional ideas you have to make it a unique experience.
GREEN FLAG - Region Race Single Class Trophy Sponsor- $100 This is trophy sponsorship at one of our three region races with your company name on the trophies for one race class out of our 17 race classes. You will be invited to attend the race and we provide an "at the track full hospitality treatment", PA announcements, and an on the track photo with you and all the kids in your race class. We will work with you for any promotional ideas you have to make it a unique experience.
WHITE FLAG Yes one race to go, the Annual Turkey Gobbler Single Class Trophy Sponsor $100 This is trophy sponsorship at our annual TURKEY GOBBLER race with your company name on the trophies for one race class out of our 17 race classes. You will be invited to attend the race and we provide an "at the track full hospitality treatment", PA announcements, and an on the track photo with you and all the kids in your race class. We will work with you for any promotional ideas you have to make it a unique experience. We serve a free turkey dinner for everyone at the track and this tradition will celebrate it's 42nd consecutive year in 2010.
