Track Sponsorship
HQMA welcomes your sponsorship. Any support paid to HQMA for track sponsorship is tax deductible since we are a non-profit organization.
We currently need funding for our track facilities. We hope to complete a race tower & restrooms in the near future. The only way to do this is with YOUR help. ANY donation is appreciated.

$1500 - 4 x 8 Top of fence on front stretch. We provide sign. $1000 annual renewal.
$1250 - 4 x 8 Top of Fence on the front stretch. You provide the 4 x 8 Alumacore or 14 gauge aluminum material.
These signs are high visability on tall posts above the fence.

Fence Signs can be purchased from TravAd (256) 536-4232 or any sign company (see ad below) of your choice. HQMA is not responsible for wear or damage to the signs. Material selection for the durability of the sign is your responsibility. Recommended materials are Alumacore, Coroplast or Banner material with grommets.

CHAMPION - **MAJOR SPONSOR $5,000+ - This level includes: Corporate name, logo, company information placed in high visible areas of track, 4x8 track sign on Announcer/Scorer tower, AND 2/8 front stretch track sign, AND 4x8 pit area sign (doubled sided). Plus links on the HQMA website. This is a 1 year sponsorship. 2 Year sponsorship at this level for additional $2500.
CHECKER FLAG -** Associate sponsor $2,500+ -This level includes priority placed corporate name, logo and information.
Choose from one of the following:
4x4 pit area sign (double sided) OR
2x4 judges area track sign (one side) AND 4x4 Tech Shed sign.
This is a 1 year sponsorship. 2 year sponsorship at this level for additional $1200
WINNER's CIRCLE - **Associate Sponsor $1,000+ This level includes corporate name, logo, information on a 4x8 pit area sign where the winners of the event will have their photos taken.
WHITE FLAG - **Associate Sponsor $500+ This level includes corporate name, logo and information on one of the following: (Choose one)
4x8 front stretch sign (one side) OR
4x8 pit area track sign (one side)
GREEN FLAG - **Associate Sponsor $150+ This level includes corporate name, logo, information on one of the following:
