In order to use the HQMA track for practice on non race days*, you must be an Associate Member of HQMA and a QMA member in good standing.

ASSOCIATE MEMBER FEE:  $100/Family

What is an Associate Member?  An associate member of HQMA is a member that will acquire points for HQMA races, participate in all HQMA racing activities, have track access on non race days for practice,  may attend meetings but will have no voting privileges.  Also an associate member does not have to do the regular HQMA duties such as concessions, open/close track, work days, etc. unless they just want to.

MAIL IN METHOD
You may remit payment by mail but you will not be allowed to use HQMA track facilities until you receive an email confirmation that payment has been received. 

STEP 1.  Download HQMA Member form (mark associate member), Waiver and Zero Tolerance Policy below. 
STEP 2.  Please complete both if you plan on mailing in your membership fees. 
STEP 3.  Make check payable to HQMA and remit to:  Gwen Munroe, 101 Cannes Dr, Brownsboro, AL 35741.

If you do not submit payment you are not considered an associate member and cannot use the HQMA track facilities.

Once your application and payment are received, you will be emailed the password to the HQMA website MEMBER PAGE where you will find the track gate access code.
